We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to manage customer interactions, handle enquiries, and support sales conversion through effective communication and follow-ups. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, and coordinating internally to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls from prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product details, pricing, and recommended quantities.
- Follow up regularly on customer enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Prepare daily call reports and update lead status accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, and dispatch) to ensure timely order processing.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.




- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all customer communications.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to convince and handle customer objections effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email).
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Experience:

- Prior experience in telecalling, tele sales, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.
