About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with potential clients, conducting property site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients’ requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.




- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and available properties.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market is a plus.
