We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer to support design development, technical drawings, presentations, and project documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in design execution, BOQ preparation, and coordination of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual and detailed interior design drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Develop detailed drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- Create skilled design presentations and client decks using PowerPoint.
- Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
- Coordinate and integrate MEP/services drawings with design layouts.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports using Excel and Word.
- Support design coordination with internal teams, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure drawings and designs comply with project requirements and timelines.
Required Skills & Software Proficiency
- Proficient in SketchUp, Vray, lumion
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good command of MS PowerPoint for presentations
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Sound understanding of materials, finishes, and construction detailing
- Knowledge of building services and coordination
