**JOB TITLE: META ADS SPECIALIST**

**Location:** Chandigarh

**Salary:** ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month

**Experience:** 1–3 Years

### **Job Responsibilities:**

* Plan, create, manage, and optimize **Meta Ads campaigns** on Facebook and Instagram.

* Manage lead generation campaigns for immigration, visa, and overseas education services.

* Conduct audience research and create effective targeting strategies.

* Set up and manage **Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking**.

* Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.

* Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.

* Coordinate with the graphic design and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

* Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

* Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.

* Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI.

* Stay updated with the latest **Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes,



and digital marketing trends**.

### **Required Skills:**

* Strong hands-on experience with **Meta Ads Manager**.

* Good understanding of **Facebook and Instagram advertising**.

* Experience in **Lead Generation and Conversion Campaigns**.

* Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign optimization.

* Understanding of **Meta Pixel and conversion tracking**.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

* Experience in the **immigration, visa, travel, or education industry** will be an advantage.

### **Qualification:**

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

**Working Days:** Monday to Saturday

**Sunday:** Off
