We are looking for a dynamic Digital & Sales Marketing Executive to drive our brand's online presence and support lead generation and sales efforts.
The ideal candidate will blend creativity with data-driven strategy to boost engagement, generate qualified leads, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms
- Generate and follow up on leads through digital channels and direct outreach
- Manage and optimize content for social media
- Assist in SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and visibility
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into client meetings/sales
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
- Support in creating marketing collateral
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Post Graduation degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or business development
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Positive to Have:
Experience in the financial services/securities/BFSI sector
Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
