- Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:





- Assist in daily operational tasks including logistics, procurement, and administration.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and help optimize processes.
- Support vendor and client coordination activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operations.
- Generate and analyze operational reports for performance tracking.

2. Marketing & Sales:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
- Manage social media platforms and create content calendars.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for promotional materials.
- Handle client inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
- Help prepare sales proposals and presentations.
- Maintain CRM systems and track customer engagement metrics.
- Need to do Field + Inside Sales.
