About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken professional to connect with potential clients in the United States. In this role, you will identify the right prospects, reach out to them on LinkedIn and by email, introduce our products and services, and clearly explain how we can solve their problems and add value to their business.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential prospects in the US market who match our ideal customer profile.

Reach out to prospects on LinkedIn through connection requests, personalised messages, and follow-ups.

Send professional outreach emails and maintain consistent follow-up with interested leads.

Explain our products and services clearly, and help prospects understand the value we can deliver for them.

Handle initial questions and objections, and pass qualified leads to the sales team or schedule meetings.

Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity, responses, and follow-ups.

Use AI tools to improve research quality, message personalisation,



and overall outreach efficiency.

Requirements

Fluent English with a very good command of written and spoken communication. This is essential, as all communication will be with US-based prospects.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, including profile research, connection building, and messaging.

Comfortable writing and managing skilled emails.

Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Claude for research and content support.

Good working knowledge of computers and common office and internet tools.

Self-motivated, organised, and consistent in daily follow-up work.

Good to Have

Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B outreach to international markets.

Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach and automation platforms.

Understanding of the US business culture and communication style.
