We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Manager with 3–6 years of experience in the construction industry to manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and experience in ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & PurchasingProcure construction materials, machinery, tools, and equipment as per project requirements.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Comparative Statements (CS), and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QS, and Store teams to understand material requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Vendor ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and onboard recent suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations based on quality, delivery, pricing, and service.
- Negotiate pricing,



payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Cost ControlObtain competitive quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate the best commercial terms while maintaining quality standards.
- Achieve cost savings through strategic sourcing and bulk purchasing.
- Monitor procurement budgets and material costs.
- Documentation & ComplianceMaintain procurement records, contracts, invoices, and purchase documentation.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Project CoordinationWork closely with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Stores to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
- Resolve procurement-related issues promptly.
- Monitor material delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers.
- ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports.
- Track pending purchase orders and vendor performance.
- Maintain procurement MIS and dashboards.
