Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The primary responsibility is to connect with prospective students, provide information about our courses, and encourage them to visit our institute for counseling (walk-ins).

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database
- Explain courses, fees, and benefits clearly and effectively
- Generate interest and schedule walk-ins for counseling sessions
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student details
- Achieve daily/weekly walk-in targets

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of computer operations
- Ability to handle queries and objections professionally
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
- Positive attitude and target-driven approach
