About Us

La Patisserie 20 is a premium French-inspired patisserie and café known for handcrafted desserts, artisanal bakery products, specialty coffee, and elevated café dining. We are expanding our culinary team and are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie – Continental to lead our savoury kitchen.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute a high-quality All-Day Breakfast menu.
- Prepare and present fresh salads, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, pasta, and artisan pizzas.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Follow standardized recipes and maintain kitchen SOPs.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal specials.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate efficiently with the pastry, bakery, service, and coffee teams during service.
- Candidate Profile3–6 years of experience in a reputed café, restaurant, or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and café operations.
