Job Summary

Amartex Industries Ltd. is looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, documentation, coordination with transporters, and timely movement of goods from the warehouse to stores, customers, and other destinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch activities as per approved orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle placement and timely dispatch.
- Ensure correct quantity, SKU, size, colour, and product details before dispatch.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure proper packing and handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and update system/ERP on a daily basis.
- Track shipments and coordinate with transporters regarding delivery status.
- Handle discrepancies related to shortages, damages, wrong shipments, or delayed deliveries.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports and share them with the concerned management.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of dispatch-related records.




- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and warehouse policies.
- Support inventory reconciliation and resolve dispatch-related issues with the warehouse team.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS software.
- Knowledge of E-way Bill, invoice, delivery challan and transport documentation.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes.
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field will be an advantage.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Retail, Textile, Apparel, FMCG, E-commerce, Warehouse, Logistics, or Distribution industries will be preferred.
