Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in a friendly and skilled manner

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

Actively promote and sell products, including upselling and cross-selling where appropriate

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services

? Meeting Sales Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Maintain detailed knowledge of product features and current promotions





Participate in sales planning and reporting activities

? Providing Excellent Customer Service:

Resolve customer queries and handle complaints calmly and effectively

Ensure the overall customer experience is positive from entry to checkout

Provide after-sales support and follow-ups if necessary

? Store Operations Support:

Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products in the store

Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the manager

Process sales transactions using the billing system

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
