Job Description – KYC Analyst (Video KYC)

Position: KYC Analyst – Video KYC

Location: Delhi (Work from Office)

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (Mandatory in Video KYC / Banking / FinTech)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused KYC Analyst to join our operations team.

The candidate should have prior experience in conducting Video KYC (VKYC) for a banking, fintech, or financial services organization.

The candidate will be responsible for verifying customer identities, ensuring basic KYC compliance and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) sessions with customers as per guidelines.

• Verify customer identity, original documents, and facial authentication during live video interactions.

• Identify and escalate suspicious or fraudulent cases to the concerned team.

• Accurately update customer records and KYC status in the system.





• Meet daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining compliance standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams for KYC-related queries and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Video KYC within a Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Financial Services organization.

• Good understanding of basic KYC, AML, and customer due diligence processes.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

• Valuable computer proficiency and ability to work on multiple applications simultaneously.

• Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve queries effectively.

Eligibility

• Experience in Video KYC is mandatory.

• Willing to work from the Delhi office.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
