Roles & Responsibilities

* Supervise and execute site works as per approved drawings and specifications.

* Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.

* Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.

* Verify levels, measurements, and accuracy of execution.

* Manage labor, materials, and other site resources efficiently.

* Interpret structural, architectural, and service drawings.

* Assist in material planning, procurement follow-ups, and site documentation.

* Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and resolve on-site issues.

* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain project checklists.

* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants.

Qualifications





* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience as a Site Engineer.

* Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and on-site execution.

* Ability to read and interpret working drawings.

* Positive communication and leadership skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
