Job Description Job Opening: Senior Architectural Draftsman (8-10 Years Experience)
n Location: Mumbai
n We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Draftsman with 8-10 years of professional experience to join our architectural team. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complete drawing packages and mentoring junior team members.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Preparation of detailed architectural working drawings, GFC drawings, and execution drawings.
n Coordination drawings with structural, MEP, façade, and other consultants.
n Preparation of presentation drawings and submission drawings as per local authority norms.
n Assisting and guiding junior architectural draftsmen in drawing preparation and detailing.
n Reviewing drawings prepared by junior team members to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
n Site coordination and resolving drawing-related queries.
n Ensuring timely delivery of drawings as per project schedule.
n Solid knowledge of construction detailing and materials.
n n Required Skills & Experience:
n n 8-10 years of experience in residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
n Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
n Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit (preferred).
n Good understanding of building bye-laws and construction practices.
n Strong technical detailing skills and leadership ability.
n n Qualification:
n Diploma / ITI in Draftsmanship or related field.
