Job Description NiceCoat India (Parth Chemtech) is urgently looking for a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead operations at our primary manufacturing facility in Metoda G.I.D.C., Rajkot.

Our facility operates advanced machinery for weighing, premixing, extrusion, milling, and sieving, and we require a strong shop-floor leader who understands chemical batch processing.

n Role: Production Supervisor
n Location: Metoda G.I.D.C., Rajkot (In office)
n Experience: 2+ Years in Manufacturing / Chemical Processing
n Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Preferred)
n Role Overview
n This is a core operations role responsible for ensuring high-volume production runs smoothly while maintaining the strict quality standards NiceCoat India is known for.
n Key Responsibilities Line Management
n n Oversee end-to-end manufacturing:
n Raw Material Weighing
n Premixing
n Extrusion
n Milling
n Sieving
n Ensure daily production targets are met without compromising quality




n n Manpower Handling
n n Supervise and motivate shop-floor operators
n Allocate manpower effectively across shifts
n Resolve on-floor conflicts and productivity challenges
n n Inventory & Packing
n n Manage Finished Goods (FG) stock levels
n Ensure availability of packing materials
n Coordinate dispatch readiness
n n In-Process QC Coordination
n n Coordinate with Lab for timely sampling
n Ensure zero-defect batch production
n Prevent rework and rejection losses
n n Ideal Candidate Profile
n We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
n Strong shop-floor leadership in a labor-intensive environment
n Hands-on technical troubleshooting capability
n Experience in managing high-volume chemical batch processing
n Ability to maintain production logs and basic computer reporting
n Prior experience in Paints, Powder Coating, or Chemical Processing (Highly Preferred)
n Candidates who have worked in similar G.I.D.C. industrial environments will be considered a strong cultural fit.
