n About the Role
n As an Interior Designer, you will own residential interior design projects from the first client interaction through design completion. You will combine creativity, technical expertise, and customer-centric thinking to design functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Understand customer requirements and translate them into innovative and functional design solutions.
n Develop residential space plans, layouts, and complete design concepts.
n Create and present design proposals, material selections, and design recommendations.
n Deliver a seamless and trust-led customer experience throughout the design journey.
n Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.




n Manage project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
n Contribute to achieving business goals in a target-driven environment.
n n Required Qualifications
n n Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, B.Arch, or an equivalent qualification.
n Alternatively, a 2–3 year Diploma in Interior Design with relevant residential interior design experience.
n Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interior design.
n Strong experience in modular interiors and space planning.
n Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
n Experience in client-facing or design-and-build environments.
n Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
n Strong ownership mindset and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
n n Preferred Qualifications
n n Experience in modular kitchen and wardrobe design.
n Knowledge of residential interior materials and design standards.
n Experience in design consultation and client relationship management.
