vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so **Required Qualifications:** + Graduate degree or equivalent experience + 6+ years of overall IT experience + 4+ years Java, Python, Automated Testing (Unit Testing and Mocks a must), strong database experience No-SQL (OpenSearch, DynamoDb), SQL + 3+ years of experience: AWS (Lambda, SNS/SQS, Event Bridge, ECS/EKS, S3, CW), Docker, Terraform + Expertise in AWS-based microservices and eventing architecture + Solid AI with GPT-4, Reinforcement Learning, Agentic AI, GitHub Copilot, LLM, MCP with FastMCP and FastAPI with LangChain _At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
