**Cognizant Technology Solutions - MS Dynamics 365 with Playwright/ Selenium Automation Testing** **Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 testing with Playwright/ Selenium automation** Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata Experience: 6- 9 Years Employment Type: Full-time **Key Responsibilities:** **MS Dynamics Testing:** + Perform functional, regression, system, and integration testing of MS Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) applications. + Test core modules like Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance. + Validate entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows. + Test plugins, customizations, and configurations in Dynamics CRM. + Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL. + Ensure end-to-end business process validation across integrated systems. **Selenium Automation Testing:** + Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver. + Create frameworks using Page Object Model (POM), Hybrid, or BDD (Cucumber) approach. + Write test scripts using Java / Python / C#.
