we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services. **Process Overview:** Fraud and Claims Shared services analytics team comprises of analysts that are responsible for Enterprise analytics and reporting performing end to end data analysis to show fraud performance and metrics at an Enterprise level and at detailed unit and segment level. **Job Description** The AI Enablement lead will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and supporting the implementation of AI capabilities that transform data governance, reporting, and analytics across Client Protection. This candidate will assist with researching emerging technologies, supporting proof of concepts, piloting AI solutions, and partnering with business, technology, and key stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption.
