About the role

We are hiring four Software Engineering Interns. Each intern will have a primary track, with shared onboarding on the Speech Intelligence platform so everyone understands how calls move from desktop → Portal → SCI → insights. This internship is a four-month, onsite opportunity at our Bangalore location.

Qualifications

Required

- Pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Solid programming in at least one of: Python, Go, or TypeScript/React
- Comfort with APIs, data structures, and debugging
- Curiosity about distributed systems, AI products, or data-heavy backends
- Clear written communication (short notes, PRs, tickets)

Nice to have

- Message queues (Kafka), Redis, SQL,



or analytics DBs (ClickHouse a plus)
- LLM prompting / evaluation, regex NLP, or information extraction
- Cloud basics (AWS S3, observability tools)
- Prior internship or solid personal/project work on GitHub

What interns will get

- Mentorship from engineers shipping production SI and Portal features
- Ownership of scoped tickets end-to-end (design → code → test → review)
- Exposure to real production incidents, metrics, and customer-facing reliability
- Practice writing technical notes the way this team documents issues and architecture
