Role Description The Account Manager role at ColossusTex Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that client needs are understood and met in a timely manner. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating orders, tracking delivery schedules, resolving issues, preparing account reports, and supporting invoicing and follow-ups. This role involves collaborating with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to maintain smooth account operations and high customer satisfaction.



The Account Manager is expected to proactively identify opportunities for account growth, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold company standards in communication and service.
Qualifications

Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to act as a reliable point of contact for key accounts.
Experience in coordination, order management, and basic account administration, including tracking deliveries, documentation, and follow-ups.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfort with using business software or ERP systems for reporting and data entry.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; experience in textiles or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Faridabad, maintain professionalism in client interactions, and adapt to evolving business needs.
