n ROLE OVERVIEW
n We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, reconciliations, invoicing and financial records. The candidate should have practical experience with Zoho Books, GST, TDS and MS Excel.
n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n • Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in Zoho Books
n • Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries
n • Generate tax invoices, proforma invoices, credit notes and debit notes
n • Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns
n • Perform monthly GSTR-2B and Input Tax Credit reconciliation
n • Calculate TDS, make challan payments and prepare quarterly TDS returns
n • Generate e-invoices, e-way bills and delivery challans
n • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
n • Reconcile customer,



vendor and general ledger accounts
n • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
n • Monitor outstanding payments and prepare debtor ageing reports
n • Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding payment discrepancies
n • Reconcile online sales, payment gateways, returns and refunds
n • Maintain inventory-related accounting records
n • Process employee reimbursements, petty cash and office expenses
n • Assist with payroll, Professional Tax, PF and ESIC compliance
n • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, cash-flow reports and MIS reports
n • Assist in month-end and year-end account closing
n • Maintain proper supporting documents and audit-ready financial records
n • Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audits, taxation and account finalisation
n • Ensure all accounting and statutory deadlines are met without penalties
n REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
n • B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance or another relevant accounting qualification
n • Minimum 3 years of practical accounting experience
n • Solid hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books
n • Good knowledge of GST, TDS and Indian accounting practices




n • Experience in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation
n • Experience with bank, customer and vendor reconciliations
n • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and SUMIFS
n • Ability to independently manage daily accounting activities
n • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n • Good communication, documentation and follow-up skills
n PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
n • Previous experience working with a Chartered Accountant firm
n • Experience in e-commerce, distribution, trading or inventory-based businesses
n • Experience with payment-gateway reconciliation
n • Knowledge of import purchases and landed-cost accounting
n • Experience with payroll and statutory compliance
