As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing on-ground data collection operations by coordinating with stakeholders and collecting high-quality image and video data across diverse real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit shops, vendors, showrooms, and other business locations for data collection.
- Identify and approach suitable locations for capturing images and videos based on project requirements.
- Build rapport with business owners and convince them to participate in data collection activities.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end field operations to ensure timely data collection.
- Capture high-quality images and videos while following project guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with data collection protocols and quality standards.
Requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and traveling across assigned locations.
- Ability to confidently interact with vendors, shop owners, and business stakeholders.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones and cameras for image and video capture.
- Prior experience in field operations, surveys, data collection, or business development is a plus.
