n GENERAL DESCRIPTION
n Reporting to the Project Manager of each group, will be required to follow schedules and complete Design / Drawing work in collaboration with Project Manager.
n DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
n n Assist Project Manager in setting and meeting quality of design and technical standards.
n Maintain Sketch up/ Photoshop/ Revit efficiency.
n Assist in coordination of the deliverables of the Working Drawings
n Ensure all deadlines are met as specified by the project manager; and if necessary, give adequate notice if issues are unresolved.
n Other duties may be assigned by LALP.
n n QUALITIES
n n Good judgment and reasoning ability,



enabling problem solving with the constant shifting of priorities and daily tasks.
n Self-motivated personality to take on projects and assignments.
n Ability to manage time, deadline oriented, and takes initiative (self-starter).
n Keen observation and detail-orientation skills
n Strong organizational skills and disciplined accuracy are required.
n Able to work effectively in a team workplace and on their own.
n n EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
n n Bachelor's Degree (B. Arch)
n Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
n Excellent proficiency over Photoshop, Sketch up, AutoCAD required.
n Proficiency in MS Office is required, particularly Excel is a must.
n n COMMUNICATION SKILLS
n n Requires oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate in English.
