- Role Description

This is not a typical video editor role.

Our founder records himself on camera. We need someone who can take that raw footage and deliver a polished, publish-ready video within 1 day using AI tools. The target is 2 to 3 hours of work per video, with a repeatable workflow that works every time new footage comes in.

What makes this different is that we want Claude CoWork and Claude Code at the centre of the workflow.



If you have used these tools to automate parts of a content pipeline, take screenshots, generate voiceovers, or produce videos, we want to talk to you.

We are not looking for someone who just knows video editing. We are looking for someone who has actually built or worked inside an AI-powered production system.

What we are looking for:

- You have used Claude CoWork or Claude Code in a real workflow
- You understand how to take raw talking head footage and turn it into a polished video
- You can deliver within 1 day spending 2 to 3 hours using AI tools
- You are comfortable building repeatable systems not just editing one video at a time
- Experience with tools like HeyGen, Veo, Runway, ElevenLabs is a plus
