n Key Responsibilities:
n n Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
n Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
n Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives.
n Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
n Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with external auditors.
n Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.




n Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
n n Qualifications & Experience:
n n CPA or CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
n Minimum 5–7 years' experience in a senior finance role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
n Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.
n Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
n Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
