Job Description We're Hiring an Admissions Manager
n About the Role
n The Admission Manager at SKIPS University will be responsible for creating awareness about the programs offered, providing student counseling, and managing the admission process to attract and retain prospective students.
n Responsibilities
n n Create awareness about the programs offered by SKIPS through visiting colleges & coaching classes by Presentations and Seminars.
n Student counseling for career guidance.
n Advise students and families regarding our institute's educational admission and other requirements, policies and procedures opportunities.
n Analyze trends in student Admission and retention programs; design and implement admission programs for targeted groups of potential students, and develop strategies for program evaluation.
n Collect database of prospective/potential and current students.
n Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports.
n Prepare reports and proposals, and respond to inquiries from students and external agencies.




n Tele-calling potential students for career guidance.
n Invite potential students for a campus visit and admission process (entrance test, GDPI & final admission).
n Accepting and filtering student applications.
n Processing student registration and payment.
n Communicate with applicants about their application status, including acceptance/rejection.
n Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
n n Qualifications
n n Knowledge of the broad spectrum of available university academic units, curricula, and programs.
n Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals.
n Knowledge of Institute admissions policies, standards, and procedures.
n n Required Skills
n n Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
n Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
n n Preferred Skills
n n Experience in student admissions or related fields.
