n n Planning + Execution : 1–3 years of hands-on paid media / SEM experience in a digital agency
n Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems
n Should have experience in client relations / servicing
n Knowledge of bidding strategies, KPIs, and conversion tracking
n Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
n Analytical mindset with attention to detail

n Roles & Responsibilities
n n Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
n Client Co-ordination for daily tasks.
n Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and media planning
n Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and campaign KPIs
n Analyze data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform insights
n Coordinate with content and design teams for creatives and landing pages
n Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
n Support SEO and organic initiatives (valuable to have, not mandatory)
n Stay updated with platform changes, ad policies, and new features
