n Role Overview
n This is a full-time, in office opportunity for a Content Writer at Decode Mediacom (Ahmedabad candidates only). We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented writer who can also manage client relationships end-to-end — someone who can craft compelling content aligned with brand tone and business objectives, while confidently coordinating with clients and internal teams to bring projects to life.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Create engaging and original content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, ad copies, emailers, and marketing collaterals.
n Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals and briefs, and converting them into clear, actionable direction for internal teams.
n Coordinate with design, film, and website teams to ensure cohesive brand narratives and timely,



on-brief delivery of projects.
n Manage end-to-end client communication — briefs, feedback, approvals, and revisions — with clarity and professionalism.
n Ensure all content is brand-consistent, grammatically accurate, and audience-focused.
n Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, tone, and performance.
n Track project timelines and deliverables, flagging risks or delays proactively, while managing multiple projects within deadlines.
n Stay updated with content trends, industry best practices, and SEO fundamentals.
n n Qualifications
n n Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
n 2+ year of professional experience in content writing and/or client servicing (agency experience is a plus).
n Excellent command over written English with strong grammar and vocabulary.
n Ability to write for multiple formats, brands, and tones of voice.
n Comfortable managing client conversations and cross-functional coordination.
n Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.
n Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within deadlines.
