About the Role:

FurrPartner is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an on- field role focused on introducing and selling our CRM platform to veterinarians, groomers, trainers, petclinics, pet hospitals, and other pet professionals.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting clients in person, building long-term relationships, and converting prospective leads into customers. Since pet professionals often have unpredictable schedules and emergency cases, this role requires patience, persistence, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and conduct on-field meetings with veterinary clinics, hospitals, groomers, and

other pet professionals.

- Demonstrate the features and benefits of the CRM platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Engage via conversations, not simply a script.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up consistently to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and sales activities.
- Work closely with the operations and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the pet care industry.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 3 year of on-field sales experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable travelling extensively for client meetings.
- Willingness to work flexible and extended hours when required.
- Solid patience and persistence while dealing with busy professionals.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience as a Medical Representative (MR) or Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
- Prior experience selling to doctors, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare professionals.
- Experience in the pet care or veterinary industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM or SaaS products is preferred but not mandatory.
