**Description** We are looking for a Technical Lead who will operate at a cross-team level, driving architecture, engineering standards, and technical governance across multiple projects. This role goes beyond a typical team-level Tech Lead and focuses on enabling other Tech Leads, ensuring consistency, and improving overall engineering maturity. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer (Python React) with deep architectural expertise and the ability to guide teams hands-on. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Architecture & Design Governance:** + Define and standardize architecture patterns and design principles + Review and guide critical technical designs across teams + Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term vision + Drive technology selection and standardization **2.
