n Role Description
n This is a full time onsite role for a Bakery CDP (Chef de Partie) at our Bengaluru location. The role involves assisting in daily baking activities, including the preparation of various baked goods such as viennoisserie, bread, cookies, pastries, and other bakery products.



Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace, following recipes accurately, and ensuring food safety standards are upheld. The Bakery CDP will supervise and work closely with the baking team to deliver high-quality products consistently.
n Qualifications
n n Proficiency in viennoisseire, breads, sourdough
n Experience in preparing a variety of baked items such as cookies, cakes, cheesecakes
n Skills in food preparation and understanding of food safety regulations
n Attention to detail, precision, and creativity in baking
n Strong organizational and teamwork skills
n Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
n Prior experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen is a plus
n Relevant culinary training or certification is mandatory
