We are QSET — a Pune-based IT services and staff augmentation company working with global clients including Optum, NIQ, Johnson & Johnson, and Thermo Fisher. We place senior engineers across UK, Europe, US, and UAE.

We have a fully built outbound engine — warmed domains, live campaigns, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Sales Navigator — all set up and running. We need one sharp person to operate it, build targeted lead lists, and generate qualified sales conversations every week.

What You Will Do

- Run live cold email campaigns on Instantly and monitor performance daily
- Build ICP lists on Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator targeting global IT buyers
- Manage positive replies and book discovery calls within 2 hours
- Write and test email copy for recent campaign sequences




- Report weekly metrics to the founder every Monday

You Must Have

- Hands-on experience in outbound lead generation for IT services or staff augmentation — this is non-negotiable
- Worked with Apollo, Instantly, or Sales Navigator personally — not just assisted someone
- Strong written English — you will be writing to CTOs and Engineering Managers in UK and Europe
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Bonus Points

- Experience targeting UK, Europe, US, or Australian markets
- Familiarity with Clay or n8n automation
- Knowledge of IT staff augmentation sales cycle
