n Job Summary:
n We are seeking an Account Manager to manage our client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
n Responsibilities:
n n Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
n Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and service.
n Demonstrate a strong understanding of AI tools and solutions, with the ability to take and manage AI-related briefs effectively.
n Leverage prior experience in handling AI-driven projects or campaigns to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
n Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and to address client issues and concerns.
n Monitor and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
n Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
n Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management.
n n Requirements:
n n Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
n 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
n Strong understanding of AI tools, platforms, and emerging technologies.
n Prior experience handling AI-related briefs and AI-driven projects is required.
n Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client issues and concerns.
n Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n Proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel & PowerPoint.
n Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising is a plus
