Job Description Position: Pre-Sales Executive
n Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad
n Experience: 2–3 Years
n Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
n Key Responsibilities:
n Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
n Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
n Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team
n Follow up with prospects via calls, emails & WhatsApp
n Maintain CRM and customer database
n Achieve lead generation and conversion targets
n Required Skills:
n Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
n Solid convincing and negotiation abilities
n Experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales/Inside Sales preferred
n Knowledge of MS Office & CRM software
