Business Development Manager – Sponsorships & Brand Partnerships

Sunday Soul Sante is one of India's leading curated lifestyle and cultural event platforms. We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented professional to help grow our sponsorship revenue and brand partnerships across our events and experiences.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and is motivated by achieving revenue targets.

Sponsorship Sales
• Build and maintain a sponsorship pipeline through networking, referrals, agencies, and direct outreach.
• Brand & Agency Relationships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Proposal Development & Coordination
• Develop brand integration ideas and sponsorship opportunities.




• 3–8 years experience in business development, sponsorship sales, media sales, experiential marketing, or partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Existing brand or agency relationships are a strong advantage.

Robust networking and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for culture, events, community-building, and experiential marketing.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and events as required.

Compensation (As per industry standards):
• Fixed salary plus performance-linked incentives.
• Travel and business expenses reimbursed as per company policy.
