QpiAI Quantum hardware team is responsible for designing and characterization of Quantum Processor, Cryogenic Quantum Control Circuits, RF Control Hardware and QpiAI ASGP.

Position Overview:

Provide proactive, high-level support to the [Executives], acting as a trusted operational partner and communications hub.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage calendar, travel, and meet logistics.
- Screen and prioritize communications;
draft executive correspondence.
- Conduct research and prepare executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and act as an organizational gatekeeper.




- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (recommended).
- 2 - 4 years experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Robust communication, organizational, and technical skills.
- Discretion, professionalism, and initiative.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, calendar systems, and project tools.
