n Role Description
n This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Early Childhood Educator. The educator will support children's learning and development by creating engaging and age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and creativity. They will observe, assess, and document children's progress, collaborate with colleagues and families, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.



The role involves applying an understanding of early childhood development principles to foster positive relationships and learning experiences.
n Qualifications
n n Strong skills in Early Childhood Development and experience working with children
n Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills, including effective communication and collaboration with children, parents, and colleagues
n Creativity Skills to design engaging and innovative learning activities
n Strong Organization Skills to plan and implement lesson plans, routines, and classroom management
n A commitment to fostering a protected, inclusive, and supportive environment
n Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field is preferred
n Previous experience in a Reggio-inspired or similar early years educational setting is an advantage
