- Define and execute the operations strategy aligned with business growth.

- Build scalable processes for Marketplace and Warehouse operations.

- Drive operational excellence through automation and process improvements.

- Network & Fulfilment

- Oversee warehouse and distribution network planning.

- Ensure optimal inventory placement and fulfilment efficiency.

- Drive capacity planning for peak events and business expansion.

- Inventory Management

- Ensure inventory accuracy, availability, and healthy ageing.

- Drive inventory productivity and working capital optimization.

- Monitor inventory KPIs and reduce stock losses.

- Logistics Management

- Manage relationships with logistics partners and internal logistics teams.

- Improve delivery SLAs, cost per shipment, and reverse logistics performance.





- Resolve systemic logistics issues impacting customer experience.

- Customer Service

- Own customer service operations and experience metrics.

- Improve CSAT, NPS, response time, and resolution quality.

- Drive root-cause analysis to eliminate recurring customer issues. Marketplace & Vendor Operations

- Ensure seamless onboarding and operational compliance of vendors.

- Improve vendor fulfilment performance and service levels.

- Drive marketplace operational efficiency.

- People Leadership

- Build and mentor a high-performing operations team.

- Establish governance through reviews, dashboards, and KPIs.
