Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on AWS Bedrock AgentCore Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade AI agents using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. The role involves building agentic AI solutions leveraging foundation models, MCP tools, APIs, knowledge bases, and AWS cloud services while ensuring scalability, security, observability, and governance. Amazon Bedrock AgentCore provides a secure platform for building, deploying, and operating AI agents at scale with any framework and model.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Development

- Design and develop AI agents using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
- Build multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, Strands, or OpenAI Agent SDK.
- Integrate Bedrock foundation models such as Claude, Nova, Llama, and Mistral.
- Implement AgentCore Runtime for scalable agent deployment.

Tool & MCP Integration

- Develop and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools.
- Connect agents with enterprise APIs, databases, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday,



and custom applications.
- Implement tool calling, function execution, and action workflows.

Memory & Knowledge Management

- Implement AgentCore Memory for short-term and long-term conversational context.
- Build RAG solutions using Bedrock Knowledge Bases, OpenSearch, Aurora, or vector databases.
- Optimize agent reasoning and contextual learning.

Security & Governance

- Configure IAM, AgentCore Identity, OAuth, API Keys, and secure authentication.
- Implement policy enforcement, guardrails, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.

Deployment & Operations

- Deploy agents using AgentCore Runtime.
- Implement monitoring, observability, tracing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and Terraform.
- Manage agent lifecycle and production operations.
