Job Summary

Shabro Metallic Private Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls to prospective clients, preparing quotations, and coordinating tender submissions. Candidates with excellent communication skills and experience in telemarketing or sales coordination are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate business opportunities.

- Respond promptly to customer enquiries received through phone, email, and other communication channels.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.

- Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner.

- Coordinate and prepare tender documents for submission.

- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, enquiries, and order status.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead information.

- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer support.





- Achieve monthly telemarketing and business development targets.

- Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.

Required Skills
- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer support, or sales coordination.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to convince customers and handle objections professionally.

- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of preparing quotations and handling tender documentation.

- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Language Requirements
- Tamil: Mandatory

- English: Manageable communication skills

- Telugu: Added Advantage

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

- 1 3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service, or Sales Coordination.

- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be an added advantage.

- Age between 26 and 35 years.
