We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager with hands-on experience in flexible packaging, slitting, lamination, printing & converting operations to lead our manufacturing floor and ensure world-class execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise daily production operations
- Optimize machine utilization, throughput, and waste ratios
- Ensure quality control & compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with purchase, QC, maintenance & warehouse teams
- Implement production schedules, shift planning & KPI tracking
- Drive continuous improvement, safety & 5S practices
- Maintain machine performance logs & OEE reporting
Required Expertise
- 5–7 years experience in flexible packaging manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of:
- BOPP / PET / PE films
- Slitting & Rewinding machines
- Lamination & Printing (Rotogravure / Flexo)
- Packaging quality parameters, GSM & microns
- Ink adhesion, lamination bond strength, COF, dyne levels
- Production planning & inventory coordination
- Manpower management & shop-floor leadership
⚙️ Technical & Management Skills
- Understanding preventive maintenance
- Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
- ERP or production tracking systems experience
- Safety & compliance knowledge
