Publisher Development Manager – Mobile Game Monetization

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Publisher Development Manager to identify, develop, and manage partnerships with mobile game developers, publishers, and app companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile gaming, ad-tech, app monetization, or publisher partnerships. This role will focus on building relationships with gaming publishers and onboarding them to our monetization platform through the integration of our survey-wall solution.

The candidate should understand mobile game monetization models, including offerwalls, rewarded surveys, rewarded advertising, in-app rewards, and other engagement-based monetization solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage mobile game developers, publishers, studios, and app companies that may benefit from our monetization solution.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective publishing partners.
- Present and demonstrate our survey-wall and rewarded monetization solution to potential partners.
- Develop long-term commercial relationships with game publishers and app monetization teams.
- Manage the complete publisher development cycle, including prospecting, outreach, product presentations, commercial negotiations, contracting, and partner onboarding.
- Secure partnerships for integrating our survey-wall into mobile games and applications.
- Understand each publisher’s monetization strategy, user base, markets, and technical requirements.
- Recommend suitable integration models based on the publisher’s game, audience, and monetization objectives.
- Work closely with technical, product, and integration teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and implementation.
- Maintain regular communication with partners before, during, and after integration.




- Identify opportunities to expand existing publisher relationships across additional games, apps, markets, and traffic volumes.
- Monitor market trends, competing monetization products, publisher needs, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, opportunities, negotiations, integrations, and partner performance in the CRM.
- Provide regular pipeline, partnership, and revenue updates to management.
- Consistently achieve publisher acquisition, integration, and revenue targets.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in publisher development, business development, strategic partnerships, or sales.
- Previous experience working with mobile game developers, gaming publishers, app companies, ad-tech platforms, or monetization providers.
- Experience selling or developing partnerships for offerwalls, rewarded advertising, rewarded engagement, user acquisition, in-app rewards, or other app monetization products.
- Strong professional network within the mobile gaming, app development, publishing, monetization, or ad-tech industry.
- Good understanding of mobile game monetization models and in-app reward systems.
- Experience managing the complete partnership lifecycle, from publisher identification and outreach to negotiation, integration, and account growth.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve publisher acquisition, partnership, or revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM and sales pipeline management tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, develop new partnership opportunities, and manage multiple publisher discussions simultaneously.
- Comfortable coordinating with technical teams and discussing SDK, API, or other integration requirements with publishing partners.
