The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, handling 3D renders and models end-to-end, and contributing creative ideas for building elevations, landscapes, parks, and common areas while maintaining technical accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality 3D models and realistic renders for high-rise residential buildings and gated communitiesDesign and visualize building elevations, facades, and massing conceptsIndependently handle 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and renderingInterpret architectural drawings and figure out all areas (residential blocks, amenities, parks, podiums, driveways, etc.)Propose creative design ideas for parks, landscaped areas, open spaces, and community zonesCoordinate with architects, planning,
