Key Responsibilities
Execute interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor work progress.
Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within the agreed timeline.
Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Verify measurements, prepare BOQs, and track project quantities.
Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials to site.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
Identify site issues and resolve them proactively to avoid project delays.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout the execution phase.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
Attend client meetings and provide project status updates.
Support project billing by verifying completed work and documentation.
Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure before project handover.




Coordinate final project handover and completion documentation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or turnkey project execution.
Experience in commercial, residential, retail, or corporate interior projects is preferred.
Required Skills
Knowledge of interior finishing works and fit-out execution.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
Strong understanding of BOQs, measurements, and site documentation.
Valuable planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet project deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
