n Responsibilities
n n Create compelling designs for product packaging, labels, brochures, and marketing collateral.
n Design digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.
n Develop seasonal and promotional campaigns, aligning with the brand's visual language.
n Produce design concepts, layouts, and mockups that effectively communicate brand aesthetics and product messaging.
n Ensure that all creative materials are consistent with the brand's visual identity and message across multiple platforms.
n Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and translate marketing objectives into visually engaging designs.




n Work closely with the marketing, product development, and packaging teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
n Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for campaigns, products, and events.
n Stay updated on current design trends, especially within the beauty and cosmetics industry, to create fresh, innovative design solutions.
n Ensure the designs reflect the latest industry trends, aesthetics, and customer expectations.
n Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output and accuracy.
n Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
n n Qualifications and skills :
n n Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
n 2-5 years of experience in graphic design
n Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
n Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
n Portfolio of work
