Job Description n Perform end-to-end bookkeeping review and accounting finalization for Netherlan/Norway-based clients.
n Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
n Ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
n Review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and closing adjustments.
n Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or compliance issues.
n Assist in the development, testing, and validation of AI-powered accounting workflows.
n Collaborate with technology and operations teams to improve accounting automation processes.
n Support implementation of AI tools for bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance.
n Prepare management reports and provide accounting insights to clients.
n Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and best practices
