n Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
n About the Role:
n n We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant (QuickBooks & Bill.com Expert) with proven expertise in QuickBooks & Bill.com to manage accounting operations for US-based clients.
n This senior-level role requires advanced proficiency in QuickBooks & Bill.com, a strong understanding of US GAAP, and the ability to lead complex accounting processes across multiple portfolios.
n The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
n n Key Responsibilities:
n n Handle full-cycle accounting using QuickBooks & Bill.com, including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets.
n Perform monthly and quarterly closing activities, reconciliations, and financial consolidations.
n Generate and analyze financial statements: P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
n Coordinate with internal teams and clients to support audit readiness and tax compliance.
n Lead process improvement and automation efforts using NetSuite capabilities.




n Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members on NetSuite processes.
n Ensure accounting activities comply with US GAAP and client-specific policies.
n Regularly collaborate with external CPA firms and US-based finance teams.
n n Required Skills & Qualifications:
n n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
n 6-8 years of experience in US Accounting, with QuickBooks & Bill.com.
n Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end/year-end close, and financial reporting.
n Expertise in NetSuite modules such as Financials, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, and Multicurrency.
n Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
n Solid communication and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
n Experience working in a BPO/KPO or with US CPA firms is highly desirable.
