Job Description Hiring: Senior Manager – NFP Audit
n Locations: Bengaluru | Kolkata | Hyderabad
n Experience: 12–15 Years
n Qualification: CA / CPA / ACCA
n We are hiring an experienced Senior Manager – Not-for-Profit (NFP) Audit to lead and manage audit engagements for U.S.-based nonprofit organizations. This is an excellent chance to work with global teams on complex audit engagements while leading high-performing teams.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead and supervise audit engagements for nonprofit organizations, including planning, execution, and completion.
n Perform audits in accordance with US GAAP, GAGAS, and OMB Uniform Guidance (Single Audit).
n Review financial statements and audit documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
n Manage multiple audit engagements while meeting client deadlines.
n Mentor, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and technical guidance.
n Collaborate with U.S. engagement teams and leadership on audit planning, issue resolution, and project delivery.
n Conduct risk assessments, review major programs, and perform compliance testing under Single Audit requirements.
n Drive operational excellence, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
n n Required Skills & Experience
n n 12–15 years of progressive audit experience in a medium-to-large public accounting firm.
n Strong expertise in nonprofit audits and OMB Uniform Guidance (Single Audit).
n Hands-on experience with US GAAP (ASC 958) and nonprofit accounting.
n Experience auditing higher education institutions, social service organizations, religious organizations, and similar nonprofit entities.
n Robust leadership, people management, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
n Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
n Big 4 experience is an added advantage.
